活動內容	講題：The application of Transluminal Attenuation Gradient (TAG) in cardiovascular CT imaging 講師：蔡依珊醫師 (成大醫院影像醫學部) 講題介紹：Intracoronary transluminal attenuation gradient (TAG) was expressed as the change in Hounsfield units per 10 mm length of coronary artery, defined as the linear regression coefficient between intraluminal radiological attenuation and length from the ostium. Intracoronary TAG in coronary CTA had been reported for determining artery stenosis and myocardial bridge with dynamic compression. This concept about” these attenuation gradients to a graded continuous pressure gradient along the length of the artery” and “the differences in opacification linked to flow” are debated. The coronary physiology based on TAG will be reviewed. The other application of TAG will be discussed.
